A Brighter Future Through Bold Change in the OneNKY Community

OneNKY Alliance creates a road map for a brighter future through bold change, driving an impactful voice and pursuit of world class standards in three major areas of impact: Unity, Health, and Education.

OneNKY Unity

Unified Vision begins with a purpose and plans for the benefit of the community as we elevate the quality of life for ALL. There is strength in numbers, but of all the numbers, none commands greater strength, resilience, and distinction, than ONE.

OneNKY Health

We aspire to be a national leader in health outcomes. Our outcomes address a range of physical and community health by focusing on systemic changes via policy and infrastructure enhancements to improve resident and employee quality of life.

EducateNKY

EducateNKY works to identify and implement best practices that ignite every eager, vibrant mind within the OneNKY Community, addressing positive systemic change, expanding educational opportunities, and driving improved student outcomes.

Progress toward a smoke-free NKY takes local leadership. At the 2026 Kentucky Tobacco Control Conference, the City of Ludlow - represented by Mayor Sarah Thompson (holding award), was recognized for its smoke-free ordinance, and Casey Baker-Romans, NKY Health, was named Smoke-Free Advocate of the Year. This is exactly the kind of momentum we’re working toward with Breathe Easy NKY—policies and people making a real impact on community health. Let’s keep it going.
