Congratulations to Annalese Cahill on joining the OneNKY Alliance team as Project Director! A Northern Kentucky native, Annalese brings a strong background in government relations, civic engagement, and community leadership. In her new role, she will help advance OneNKY Alliance’s work in Unity, Health, and Education as we continue collaborating with regional partners to move Northern Kentucky forward. City of Ludlow Honored for Smoke Free Ordinance
Progress toward a smoke-free NKY takes local leadership. At the 2026 Kentucky Tobacco Control Conference, the City of Ludlow - represented by Mayor Sarah Thompson (holding award), was recognized for its smoke-free ordinance, and Casey Baker-Romans, NKY Health, was named Smoke-Free Advocate of the Year. This is exactly the kind of momentum we’re working toward with Breathe Easy NKY—policies and people making a real impact on community health. Let’s keep it going.
