City of Ludlow Honored for Smoke Free Ordinance
Progress toward a smoke-free NKY takes local leadership. At the 2026 Kentucky Tobacco Control Conference, the City of Ludlow - represented by Mayor Sarah Thompson (holding award), was recognized for its smoke-free ordinance, and Casey Baker-Romans, NKY Health, was named Smoke-Free Advocate of the Year. This is exactly the kind of momentum we’re working toward with Breathe Easy NKY—policies and people making a real impact on community health. Let’s keep it going. OneNKY Legislative Reception Held at OneNKY Frankfort
OneNKY Partners hosted our Legislative Reception last week at OneNKY Frankfort. The evening was dedicated to celebrating the collaborative work taking place across Northern Kentucky. We are grateful to our elected officials, business and community leaders who attended.
