Progress toward a smoke-free NKY takes local leadership.

At the 2026 Kentucky Tobacco Control Conference, the City of Ludlow – represented by Mayor Sarah Thompson (holding award), was recognized for its smoke-free ordinance, and Casey Baker-Romans, NKY Health, was named Smoke-Free Advocate of the Year.
