OneNKY Alliance focuses on Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties in Northern Kentucky (NKY). With an impactful voice and a mission to transform the OneNKY Community, we unite and mobilize leaders around initiatives that produce tangible, measurable results, driving our community forward and achieving world class standards of community vibrancy, health, and education for all.

OneNKY Alliance Guiding Principles

We are steadfast in our commitment and adherence to guiding principles that keep us grounded, focused, and aligned with the broader community. Those guiding principles are:

  • We will be guided by a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness, towards the OneNKY community free of all forms of discrimination and injustice
  • We will identify and direct the vision for the OneNKY Community.
  • We will accelerate bold change with bold action
  • We will execute the OneNKY vision by collaborating with and mobilizing leaders and organizations across Northern Kentucky, being careful not to duplicate existing efforts.

We bring considerable vision and talent to support and advance the Northern Kentucky community. Dedicated leaders with a passion for the community, our focus on a strategic vision and variety of regional initiatives since 2017 has generated key results for NKY.
